JustHosts.com Most Terrible Web Hosting Service Defines Scandalous
I do NOT ever take on something so personal as the recent incredibly bad experience I had with a UK web host.But, I’m not sure if it is the current state of the George W. Bush (GOP) great recessionary economy or a sign of the times for future prosperity,but never-the-less this web hosting service could NOT have gotten any worse. Everything that could go wrong – did!

Foreign nationals customer service agents (more of the same trend by computer companies intent on becoming irrelevant), that spoke very broken English supporting English speaking customers – you thought you were in the mid east around un-educated people. I can tolerate only so much of this – as I will not be dumbed down and relegated to some needy individual that is obligated to take this boat load of crap in order for some other individual to become rich(er) at my expense. So I must blog to the world for the many other luckier individuals to steer clear of justhost.com – disaster in the making waiting for the next round of poor suckers to buy into their novice chaos.

See the log of my (edited for security), email snippets to justhost.com technical support and then determine for yourself if they deserve yours or anybody’s web hosting business. Their chaotic service could be somebody’s college graduate level case study of what NOT to do.

Yes – I need a supervisor to contact me ASAP – I do not want 1 hour support when I call a phone number and I do not want godd%*n upgrade crap when I am attempting to get support for a problem I should not even be having !!!
Call or I will quit this godd%*n service and blog until I reduce your customer satisfaction rating to the crap level !!!

The server was not able to find the document (./denveri2) you requested. Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this error to your web hosting provider. Why does the WHM initial server setup NOT resemble the video instruction. either I do NOT have something still NOT configured right for my reseler account or your instruction videos do not make any sense. Please advise.
I am NOT happy with your support (it took 2.5 hours and I am a god d%*n reseller), if I am going you stay with your service. So far everything has been a cluster fu@k – so what gives… incompetence or inadequate level of support personnel. I need some answers if I am going to continue using your service. The next time I am referred to as Georges you are toast !

I already did this (canceled using process mentioned here), and got no email confirmation documenting the transaction.
I am concerned this too is broken like the rest of your service. I have got repeated identical email from two other people in the billing department identical to this email.
Please confirm or advise how this cancellation process can be expedited properly without another level of grief and bumbling from your organization. My patience at this point is all used up !!!
