WAMU banking customers personal data NOW out-sourced to the Phillipines.

Wamu GREED

Washington Mutual (WAMU.com) customer service that does required changes to your account is now outsourced to the Philippines and takes 5 business days. Outrageous and very insecure for personal data.

This was verified by an on-shore customer service agent that takes your customer service phone calls.

Very tricky, as all the necessary and important stuff supposedly under Wamu customer service is off- shore and the voice you hear is “very” American to disguise the off-shore outsourcing !!

Am I frustrated and very annoyed by this Wamu example or reckless disregard for personal account information in order to elevate existing greed and profit for investor – YES !!!!! Do I think that we as customers merely exist in Wamu’s eyes to enrich their investors – YES !!!!

I CLOSED my Wamu account for their caviler disregard for my personal account information by off-shore out-sourcing !!
