Does the United States now elect slackers who abuse their privilege of representing this nation by NOT fulfilling their duties in Congress, so they can run for higher office? Or do complacent voters just neglect these facts and further contribute to this compounded problem by simply turning their cheek the other way? Pretty disgusting if you ask me either way- that any U.S. Congressman or U.S. Senator has the impudence to “expect” from American citizens to respect them and their potential future leadership in higher office, when in turn they do NOT deserve the current Congressional seat they are occupying by not performing their existing Constitutional obligation… NOT consequential enough for complacent voters is anyone’s guess. Antoin “Tony” Rezko, the 52 year old real estate developer, owner of several Papa Murphy’s Pizza franchises as well as several Panda Express Franchises and prominent Chicago fund raiser for Senator. Barack Obama was convicted (after a nine-week trial), on 16 of 24 counts of fraud and money laundering. The charges carry a maximum sentence of life in prison. The trail concentrated on kickbacks and bribes (shakedowns), prosecutors said Rezko arranged when he was a top adviser to Illinois Governor Blagojevich.
